We seek a skilled finance manager with a solid finance and accounting background and strong organizational skills. Duties include, but are not limited to, developing annual and project-specific budgets, managing, updating, pulling reports from, and synchronizing our donor management system and Quickbooks. Additionally, the person filling this position is responsible for all payroll, invoicing, financial reporting, and coordination with our accounting firm to prepare our annual review and IRS reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can set and meet deadlines and has previous Quickbooks experience. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business is preferred but not required.
