The right candidate for this position will enjoy working with HR related skills. Must have a desire to help and assist the HR Director in putting together materials for HR related purposes. Organizational skills are a must and attention to details. Must have a love for those you work alongside and desire to help take care of the internal people of our ministry. You will have a desire to learn and assist staff fundraising. You will get excited about helping with recruiting and networking to build the ABM team. Learning hiring and exiting processes for nonprofit ministry is also needed. Carry out our five areas of ministry in addition to your office duties: Shepherd, Equip, Serve, Refresh and Connect.
