Pilots report to the Director of Aviation and are responsible for ABM’s consistent achievement of safe and proficient piloting of ABM aircraft. Minimum requirements are a Commercial license with Instrument and high-performance ratings, a current second-class medical certificate and 500 hours of Pilot in Command time. Before carrying passengers, 100 hours of flight time in Alaska is required, which can be obtained at ABM. Also required is an A&P license with 3 years’ experience. This person will need to carry out our five areas of ministry in their region: Shepherd, Equip, Serve, Refresh and Connect.
