We are seeking a skilled pilot and require a minimum of a Commercial license with Instrument and high-performance ratings. A Multi-engine rating is also preferred. Additionally, the successful candidate will hold a CFI and CFII or the ability to gain what is needed to serve the missionary community for ABM. Experience tracking a fleet, scheduling needed maintenance and flight schedules is also needed. This position requires a minimum of 500 hours as Pilot In Command, 1,000 hours is preferred, and 100 hours in Alaska (can be acquired upon arrival.) Additionally, an A&P license is required, and an IA certification is preferred. This person will need to carry out our five areas of ministry in their region: Shepherd, Equip, Serve, Refresh and Connect.
