Ever wonder what a month in the life of an ABM missionary looks like?
Mission Aviation is often called the “Circulatory System of Global Missions”. Using the plane we’re able to connect & reach out to parts of the Arctic that are not readily accessible. What we do when our planes touch down, though, is often a mystery. So, this week we’ve decided to share with you a snapshot of what our ABM staff missionaries have done this past month!

In 1 month ABM staff travelled & ministered in 8 Arctic Villages + 1 city… Bethel, Nenana, Port Allsworth, Aniak, Kako, Dillingham, Naknek, Anchorage, Kotzabue and more!
In 1 month’s time “Ministry” in those Villages Looked Like…
Connecting, Listening & praying with pastors, missionaries & Christian teachers who are most often alone in their work & geographic isolation. Ministry also looked like….
Riguero Annual Inspections
Discussion with village pastors over the growing need for addiction recovery ministry in villages, connections with indigenous pastors, cooking for a village women’s retreat, delivering food & groceries, flying missionaries & pastors from village to village, missionary home repair, parsonage home remodeling, village youth center remodeling, annual inspections for 2 airplanes, boat & truck maintenance for missionaries, debriefing missionaries transitioning out of a village, Skype coaching, leadership & pastoral care training conferences, planning work team trips, making plans to “fill the pulpit” for pastoral couple needing to go on vacation, and preparing for the upcoming SEND missionary conference! Phew!!

1 month at a time…the Love & Mercy of Jesus is extended to those in the outer most parts of the world…we are so grateful for the honor of serving as missionaries. With our ministry partners’ prayers & stewardship the love & message of Jesus continues to spread in 80+ Arctic villages! Thank You!
