Witnessing God Working in Alaska

This week our Executive Director, Jonathan Peters, recounts a story celebrating God’s good provision.

Jonathan writes: “Last August I received a phone call from Gordon with Mission Aviation Training Academy (MATA) in the Seattle area of Washington State. He had a possible donor that was looking for a mission to which he could give his Piper Twin Comanche and wanted to know if ABM would be interested. I said, absolutely! In the following weeks we talked and prayed with the generous owner who did decide to gift us the aircraft. He then proceeded to fly it up to Kenai with Terry.

The Annual inspection was completed in February. This past month, after much work by maintenance and flight staff, the twin Comanche launched out to western Alaska on is first ABM trip with Mark, Rob and Jeff on board.

Super exciting to think back about the whole process and see God move and work in the hearts and lives of all involved to provide this amazing tool and resource to further the mission of ABM and build His kingdom. God is our provider! ”
